USVA Community Based Outpatient Clinic

Ryan & Associates was able to successfully negotiate this project due to our previous experience, and successful completion, of multiple other medical office buildings and hospitals. With early involvement we were able to assist with establishing and then tracking the budget throughout multiple design phases while providing constructability and value analysis as well as 3D modeling and coordination.

This project consisted of the renovation of an existing two-story building into a 33,300 sq. ft. Veteran’s Affairs community outpatient clinic with administration offices, radiology room, exam rooms, and a pathology lab. Ryan & Associates successfully installed all plumbing systems.
