Ryan & Associates was selected by Ryan Companies to participate in a request for proposal design build for the Student Housing Renovation at the University of Nebraska Lincoln Campus. The renovation for the structures occurred during summer breaks covering a three-year time frame. During the pre-programming phase of the project, we worked directly with the pre-selected engineering group and UNL on various cost proposals, mechanical systems analysis, and innovative suggestions regarding the construction schedule.
