Ryan & Associates designed and installed plumbing, maintenance and concession buildings and installed all site utilities for a state-of-the-art sports complex and family entertainment center. This is a 75-acre complex comprised of an indoor and outdoor sports complex and a two-story family entertainment center.
The sports complex has indoor and outdoor concessions, multi-purpose turf fields, sand volleyball courts, two commercial kitchens, fitness center, training area, physical therapy facility, retail, 32 bowling lanes, arcade, restaurant/sports bar and banquet/meeting space.
