The Stanley Art Museum was designed as a 63,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility providing stringent environmental requirements to house the University’s extensive art collection. The building included a greeting and gathering entry area, galleries, teaching studios, student commons, administrative offices, climate-controlled art storage, conservation and art shipping/receiving, and a secured and tempered truck loading bay.


Mechanical scope consisted of four large air handling units, two pipe VAV’s, four pipe FCU’s, energy recovery unit, 22 clean steam ducted humidifiers and 15,000 ft. of snow melt system. The plumbing scope consisted of multiple back-to-back restroom groups, a circulating RO water system, compressed air, and natural gas. Ryan & Associates worked with our trade partners to deliver a completed commissioned building and BMS control systems.
