Ryan & Associates designed and installed plumbing and HVAC (RTU’s w/ electric VAV’s) for RiverStone Group’s new 30,000 sq.ft. corporate headquarters. This building is a mixed-use office space with an L-shaped floor plan along with a warehouse and storage area adjacent to the building. Their facility includes open and traditional office space along with, conference rooms, quiet areas, and a breakroom.
The mechanical systems for this facility consisted of five rooftop units to serve the gym and weight room, and one make-up air unit. The office and classrooms spaces were handled with heat pumps that utilized a cooling tower & boiler for the loop water system. Plumbing systems include sanitary and water systems for all locker, shower, and restroom areas.
