Entrusted to Ryan & Associates under a Design-Build – Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract valued at $1.5Mthis 16-month venture created a serene yet modern living environment. The community, encompassing 135 units of varied living arrangements, including assisted, independent, and memory care units, showcases integration of plumbing systems alongside amenities like a heated underground parking garage, a commercial kitchen, and a spa and salon. 

This project takes a holistic approach to senior living.

The community offers various living arrangements, with 52 assisted living, 65 independent living, and 18 memory care units, embodying a holistic approach to senior living.

Heated Underground Parking Garage:

The commercial kitchen, equipped with modern plumbing systems, provides efficient food preparation and service.


Luxurious Spa and Salon:

A well-designed plumbing system was a requirement to support the on-site spa and salon, adding to resident’s experience.
