Ryan & Associates was able to successfully negotiate this project because of our experience with large hospitals in the Nebraska market. With early involvement, we aided in establishing and then tracking the budget across design phases along with 3D modeling and coordination.
The project involved constructing a “greenfield” 173,000 sq. ft. full-service hospital with 64 patient beds, 5 Operating Room Suites, Emergency Department, Central Sterile, Central Utility Plant & Mechanical Mezzanine. Ryan & Associates managed plumbing, medical gas systems, and mechanical piping in-house, subcontracting ductwork, DDC controls, insulation, and balancing.
