Ryan & Associates leveraged their extensive experience and track record in constructing medical office buildings and hospitals in the Iowa market to successfully negotiate this project. Through early involvement, we assisted in setting the budget and then tracking it across multiple design phases, providing constructability and value analysis, along with 3D modeling and coordination.
The project comprised three “greenfield” two-story facilities, housing convenient care, radiology rooms, laboratories, and a physical therapy gym. Ryan & Associates managed all plumbing and medical gas systems internally, subcontracting ductwork, DDC controls, insulation, and balancing.
