Ryan & Associates designed and installed plumbing and HVAC (RTU’s w/ electric VAV’s) for new facility located on seven acres of a 12-acre site. Building features both fixed and open office concepts, latest technology in building systems, private offices, meeting/conference rooms, an employee service area, and an outdoor plaza.
