The Genesis project had a 33,000 sq. ft. addition and renovations to several occupied areas of the hospital, resulting in over 500 mechanical shutdowns that were coordinated with hospital staff and other subcontractors. Ryan & Associates was responsible for plumbing, medical gas, and the HVAC systems in ICU, surgery, birthing centers, neonatal units, cardiac catheterization labs and administrative wings.
